You are an experienced weaver, would like to weave a project, and don’t have a loom to suit.
Ruthie’s has 16 and 32 shaft compudobby looms, a 16 shaft manual dobby loom, a Peter Collingwood shaft-switching rug loom, several large Swedish countermarch looms suitable for rug weaving (and anything else), and a single-unit drawloom. There is also a large assortment of 4 and 8 shaft looms, jack, counterbalance and countermarch.
Loom rental rates are $100/week, or $300/month.
Additional assistance beyond studio and loom orientation is available at $20/hr.
